Offering the latest fitness trends from London and New York, StudioFlex is a class-based fitness centre consisting of three studios and a cafe in leafy surroundings near the Suffolk Show Ground on Felixstowe Road.
It specialises in group fitness classes such as Hot Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates and Mat Yoga. Other premium studio classes include Aeriel Yoga, Box-Fit and Flex and Dynamic Reformer Pilates on equipment imported from America. All of these classes run for approximately an hour but they are available as 45-minute Express Sessions, helping those with busy schedules to squeeze their fitness fix into their day.
CafeFlex offers seating for approximately 50 people across the main cafe area and into a bright and airy garden room. A modern cafe-style menu offers healthy brunch-lunch dishes along with coffee, snacks and a range of intriguing soft drinks and super-healthy smoothies. With a large parking area to the rear, the premises would make an ideal destination for informal business meetings and light lunches.

This boutique approach to exercise means that you can enjoy a more exclusive and personal feel to your fitness class. As an example, Aerial Yoga sessions host five people, BoxFit four people, Reformer Pilates six people along with other mat yoga and mat Pilates classes. StudioFlex says that the ever-changing social distancing guidelines are adhered to at all times.
