The company was born during the first lockdown. Aaron and Paula, a husband and wife team, came up with the idea when their summer holiday in Spain was cancelled and they could no longer replenish their stash of charcuterie without asking Aaron’s family to send them a care package from Spain. 

Paula said, “We looked in our local shops, but it wasn’t the same. I was missing the quality and taste from the products that we found in Spain. We saw an opportunity to share these fantastic products with others in Norfolk, and present them in a way that would be sure to cheer anyone up.”

“We were nervous at first to see if our British customers would enjoy the selection we put together, while at the same time satisfying picky Spanish customers living here. We’ve had lovely feedback all around, now we are on the lookout for more products to share with everyone,” Aaron said. 

Redeli delivers their boxes to most Norfolk postcodes. The meat and cheese is hand-cut and prepared early on the day of delivery to ensure its freshness and flavour. 

In the near future, Redeli aims to deliver their boxes all across the UK.
