Adam is the founder of AMG PREP, a unique catering business start-up that are providing fresh, healthy convenient prep meals using the best local ingredients they can find.

AMG PREP began in August 2020 during Lockdown, when Adam’s full time job as first team chef of Ipswich Town Football Club was placed on furlough due to the football season being paused until it was safe to resume. In this time, he came up with the idea to supply an as close to as possible restaurant quality, healthy ready meal prep that would suit the needs of professional athletes and the general public for a quick convenient meal, to help aid weight loss or muscle mass in the gym and professional sports.

The meal preps are all macro calculated, and the menu changes weekly to keep it fresh and engaging. They deliver locally to your door, and courier the meals via next day delivery nationwide.
