LARA PEPPER – Pilates. Nutrition. Massage. offers a whole-body, holistic approach to health and well-being. They follow a science-based approach to functional movement and nutrition, with the aim to complement conventional medical treatments.
Lara’s interest in health was sparked at a young age when she was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease. Her own health journey sparked her interest in nutrition and exercise to help as both a preventative treatment, and to support any existing conditions. They are delighted to have opened the new studio in Melton, Suffolk, and look forward to seeing you there soon.

We use a range of soft tissue and sports massage techniques that are aimed at promoting recovery from sports and other injuries or simply to provide relief from general aches and pains. We have a great team if practitioners here to help support you.
