The Original, Biggest And Best Long-Running Ipswich Fireworks In Christchurch Park Are Back For 2021!

Organisers of East Anglia’s premier musical fireworks display are excited to announce their 50th-anniversary event will be taking place in Ipswich’s Christchurch Park on Saturday 6 November 2021.

Enjoy the long-awaited return to a sensational musical fireworks display, brought to you by Alchemy Fireworks Ltd, accompanied by a soundtrack of the greatest hits from across the decades. There’ll be all the fun of the fair, street foods, a bar, roaring bonfire and more family-friendly entertainment on our main stage.

New for 2021, we welcome the ‘Sheringham Shantymen’ who starred on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway earlier in the year singing along to a specially-penned song based on the hit sea shanty “The Wellerman” by Scottish sea shanty star Nathan Evans.

Local singer and songwriter Adam Thomasmakes a highly anticipated return to the event with his unique style, percussion and acoustic guitar; Adam gives a new edge and style to his live performances. You’ll be entertained by a range of covers and a range of original material.

We also welcome back to the stage, the incredibly popular female vocalist ‘Chelsea Francis’ performing a medley of popular songs for the whole family to dance and sing along to!

Tickets go on sale from Friday 1st October and are only available online at www.ipswichfireworks.com at a cost of £7.00 per child and £9.00 per adult. Children under 5 years old go free and do not need a ticket.

Gates open at 6:00 pm with fireworks at 8:00 pm and family fun through to 10:00 pm.
