I’ll Cook You Eat Bakes: A Seasonal Treat

I’ll Cook You Eat Bakes is the new bakery looking to serve you some scrumptious sweet treats this winter, offering a wide range of homemade luxury Brownies and Blondies, along with seasonal gift boxes.

I’ll Cook You Eat Bakes started during the start of the pandemic when owner Paul was furloughed from retail work. Holed up indoors with nothing else to do, which used to be everybody’s dream, Paul started baking a lot more than he usually did (alongside watching Netflix and walking his favourite pooch, of course!).

Paul explained: “After my first batch of brownies, I thought: “hey not bad but could do better”. Then I started baking more and all my trial brownies were tested and loved by my family. Once I got the recipe down, I began to realise there was a strong possibility of not having my contract renewed after furlough so I began to plan my next move.”

On the 19th July- I’ll Cook You Eat was born!

“Food has always been a passion and I’ve always wanted to create a business within that sector but, until now, I just didn’t find time,” Paul said.

On top of the amazing brownies and blondies, the Norfolk-based company also offers personalised custom made greeting cards, custom label printing for the boxes and luxury gift wrapping, all available as part of the ordering if required.

“I believe I offer a luxury item, there are many brownie suppliers and bakers out there but my reviews and feedback prove that I have created a product that’s not only tastes amazing but looks amazing..I pride myself on the design and the packaging of everything that goes into an order for that WOW factor when opened. I have put everything into creating this little company and will continue to push to make this a sustainable business in these difficult times,” Paul explained.

For Paul, baking isn’t just a job, it’s a passion. He bakes from his very own kitchen, all sanitised of course, with fresh ingredients from local farms. If that isn’t enough to sway you, I’ll let Paul explain what his brownies taste like…

“My brownies and blondies are NOT cake-like, which some you find are. Mine are rich and gooey as a brownie should be, even the caramel in certain flavours is hand-made by me from fresh cream butter and sugar, not out of a jar. All my orders are baked fresh I don’t keep any stock, every single order big or small is baked fresh with care and attention to give the customer the best product and service they will experience from a humble fledgling business that actually wants to please its customers!”
