Of course like many businesses around the UK the Travel Industry has been hit extremely hard by the pandemic with the majority of travel cancelled from March to September, Deben Travel have remained working throughout so that their customers have been able to speak to someone. which is so important as they feel reassured that we are looking after them and will be there to assist with refunds or re-booking or just to give advice on what to do.

“There are many customers still awaiting refunds from airlines and tour operators which is their biggest priority at the moment. At the moment we are like a shop with nothing to sell…  it is sad to see a business we built up from scratch lose so much money over such a short space of time.”
